Welcome to Artificial Grass Express. We aim to provide you with high-quality artificial grass and a seamless purchasing experience. Please review these terms and conditions carefully before placing an order. We recommend keeping a copy for future reference.

1. What You Can Expect from Artificial Grass Express

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. To ensure transparency and a smooth process, the following terms outline what you can expect from us.

2. Price Match Promise

Artificial Grass Express is committed to offering the best prices in the UK. If you find an identical product available for less elsewhere, provide a written quote or advertisement, and we’ll beat the price by refunding 110% of the difference. Please note this excludes remnants, imperfect stock, or promotional offers.

3. Payment Methods

We accept payment via debit and credit cards, processed securely through [insert payment gateway, e.g., Stripe]. Payment is required at the time of ordering. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation. If your order is not dispatched within 30 days, you may cancel and receive a full refund.

We do not store credit card details or share your information with third parties.

4. Cancellations and Returns

Before Dispatch

If you need to cancel your order before the goods are dispatched or cut, we’ll cancel and issue a full refund.

After Dispatch or Cutting

If the order has already been dispatched or cut:

• A delivery charge will apply.
• A standard 10% restocking fee (30% for pieces smaller than 2m x 3m or 4m x 3m) will be deducted to cover wastage or re-cutting.
  The balance will be refunded upon return of goods in their original condition.

Returning Received Goods

If you’ve received your order and wish to return it, please inform us within 14 days. Returns must meet the following criteria:

• Goods should not be cut or used.
• Items must be packaged and returned in good condition.

Return costs, including delivery charges, will be deducted from the refund along with the applicable restocking fee.

5. Product Inspection and Guarantees

Inspection Upon Delivery

Once your order arrives, unroll the grass and inspect it for any issues before installation. If faults are found, notify us within 7 days for a refund or replacement. Goods must not be installed prior to reporting faults.

12-Month Guarantee

All artificial grass is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Any issues within this period will be rectified after inspection.

6. Product Shading and Normal Use

Artificial grass may experience shading due to pile direction and light reflection. Shading and pile flattening in high-traffic areas are not considered defects.

Colour Matching

Colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings, dye batches, or lighting conditions. To ensure satisfaction, we recommend using our sample service. Contact us before ordering if you need to match an existing product.

7. Size Tolerance

All sizes provided are approximate, with a tolerance of ±1.25% in accordance with British Standard 3655:1981. We recommend adjusting border measurements slightly smaller to accommodate these tolerances.
